HON. FAROUK ALIU MAHAMA LEAVES FOR UNIVERSITY OF EAST LONDON, UK FOR HIGHER STUDIES
Hon. Farouk Aliu Mahama will today, 12th May, leave the shores of Ghana for the United Kingdom (UK) and to the pretigious institution, University of East London for his continuum pursuance of his Phd studies in Supply Chain Management.
He is expected, in this session of his studies, to among other things, present a research paper on the "impact of supply chain integration on operational performance" in global dynamic business environment to the conference of academics. His thesis highlights international supply chain obstacles and advances a body of alternative solutions to Africa’s supply chain challenges.
The University of East London, where he studies by correspondence, will host the Academy of African Business and Development-a conference of renowned scholars and practitioners with interest in Africa. This latest endeavour, will broaden and deepen his expertise in international supply chains
While away in the UK, Hon. Farouk Aliu Mahama will afford the opportunity to promote and pitch the investment opportunities of the Northern Ghana particularly Yendi to investors and policymakers; a continuation his vision to build a New Yendi City
